Западната половина му е оштетена во Втората светска војна, со изградбата на бункер. Во 1976 година Музејската збирка од Ресен изврши пробни сондажни ископувања, при што се откриени два гроба со секундарно погребување. Гробовите биле градени од камен, а имале под од тегули. Во нивата на Јонче Ристески од селото Рајца во 1935 година бил откриен гроб граден од тули и покриен со монолитна камена плоча. Во гробот немало прилози.
