Бил учесник во борбено-политичките акции на одредот на Дебарца, а со формирањето на баталјонот "Мирче Ацев" бил поставен за десетар. Подоцна влегол во редовите на баталјонот "Стив Наумов". Се истакнал како храбар борец во борбените акции што ги водела Третата македонска бриrада против бугарските фашистички војски кај Црна Трава Кумановско, во кои борби загинал на 6 мај 1944 година. Крушје во 1924 година. Неговото семејство се занимавало претежно со земјоделство и сточарство. По завршувањето на основното образование во родното село, немајќи можности да го продолжи школувањето останал да се занимава со земјоделие. Во 1940 година заминува на работа во Белград, каде се вработува како келнер. Таму се запознава со напредното револуционерно движење во кое активно учествува. По окупацијата на земјата продолжува да работи во Белград за потребите на Народ-ноослободителното движење. Таму е примен во редовите на СКОЈ. Во октомври 1942 година се враќа во родното село каде станува секретар на скоевската група. Пролетта 1943 година прави напори да се поврзе со скоевските органиэации од реонот на Преспа под италијанска окупација. Во извршувањето на задачите бидува провален и фатен од италијанските карабинери кои им го предадоа на бугарските окупациони власти во Ресен. Тие го затвораат во полицискиот участок. По дваесетичетири-дневно мачење и испитување одведен е во окупаторскиот затвор во Битола, каде е задржан еден месец. Не признавајќи ништо за својата активност бидува ослободен од затворот и интерниран во село Скочивир. По ослободувањето од интернацијата и натаму продолжува со активна работа: прибирал храна, облека, оружје и др. материјал за единиците на НОВ. Во првата половина на април 1944 година стапува во единиците на Првата македонско-косовска народно ослободителна ударна бригада. Учествува во борбата против бугарската фашистичка војска кај село Завој-Охридско водена на 25 април 1944 година. Во таа борба Ице беше фатен и убиен на ѕверски начин. На околу 500 м северно од автокампот на летувалиштето Крани, со опаѓањето на нивото на Преспанско Езеро, во 1989 година, на површина од околу 300 х 100 м се појавиле повеќе пунктови со остатоци од објекти. Откриени се 25 простории градени од кршен камен во сувоѕидица, со дебелина од 70 см и зачуван само еден дел од ѕидот. Со заштитните археолошки ископувања се истражени два хоризонта на живеење, од кои едниот е жолт песок - нанос, а вториот слој е песок и глина, сива боја, во кој има фрагменти од керамички садови. Дебелината на овој слој изнесува 10-20 см. Поради појавата на вода не е можно понатаму да се следи. Другата група градби ја сочинуваат 12 кружни јами изградени од големи камени блокови, сувоѕидица. При ископувањето на овие јами не се наиде на културен слој. Наодите се чуваат во Музејската збирка во Ресен.
